Across the street from a great chinese buffet.
Cons
Low pay, especially considering the high cost of living. Management is absent and oblivious. In over a year, there was only one coworker I could stand, and he was laid off. No room for advancement.

The people you work with every day care about their jobs and the impact it has on patients. The company mission is great. The work is interesting.
Cons
Some people are ingrained in their roles but not very good at them. Most people work really hard, but some people take advantage of this and kick back. Small company can mean not many opportunities for advancement.
