      Pros

      People there ate warm and welcoming. Everyone in the tema is very helpful

      Cons

      Projects are managed poorly. Specifications change constantly, priorities are not taken in account and this can burn an engineer rapidly. You can be fired without previous notificación and you are not even allowed to say goodbye.
