Inefficient education for all - Teacher Modulo Language School Employee Review

This was the most soul-crushing place to work. Wildly inconsistent schedules took a massive toll on staff energy and consistency. Teachers are alway treated as wrong and incompetent whilst the opinion of children is left responsible for careers and salaries. People in leadership positions and mentors have insufficient experience and lack any depth of education knowledge. A constant stream of failed bright ideas and initiatives that keep the company unfocused. Their own resources are weak and often contain errors making prep and teaching very challenging. They make no allowance for students or teachers needs making genuine learning almost hopeless.
