Pros
You will develop your professional skillset rapidly, just like the main character in Whiplash. All of your coworkers will be highly competent, and some are even nice.
Cons
The emotional and verbal abuse, blatant sexism, constant disrespect, public humiliation and intimidation as management tactics, unreasonable timelines, micromanaging, constant extreme pressure, inflexible schedule, favoritism based in things besides performance, long hours without any prior notice makes it impossible to have a healthy work life balance. Management seemed genuinely sadistic at times.
