Pros
Its rare in the current economic environment, to find a company that lives its mission and values everyday. While there is a focus on financials (as with all publicly traded and for profit companies - ive worked at many) it is not the driving force that brings people to work. Its knowing the positive impact we can drive on the health outcomes of some of those in society that need the help the most (elderly, frail, chronically ill, and more). The leadership appears to be relatively new from outside, as there was a rotation over the last couple of years and I believe the ideas and vision they are laying out will continue to build on the organization and the services offered. The culture is night and day better from the fortune 5 company I came from and the ability at the individual level to affect change is tremendous.
