Pros
The mission is a good one but the Company is so poorly run, there are other places to donate to make sure your money is getting into the right hands.
Cons
The boss is horrible. At first you think you were working in a great place. It took a month to realize not all applicants get funded, the Company is a hoax and the boss is mean and crazy. He pins all the workers against one another by creating a tense environment to work in. There is no upward movement. Don;t even bother.
