Pros
The colleagues are very nice, especially those in similar junior levels. The more senior colleagues are also nice, just very lazy.
Cons
The culture is very toxic and a lot of smart people have quit. Management is lazy and you do not feel heard, as it is difficult to express what you think without feeling oppressed.
