Pros
-The Christmas party and summer outing are nice.
-The work / life balance was mostly in check.
-Free to employee only insurance. (Not Family)
Cons
There are a lot of problems with this company, so many in fact it's hard to pick one to start with.
-There is no real leadership structure, they have a manager here and there, but they aren't allowed to function in their rolls.
-Low compensation for miles driven.
-No trained HR department.
-Very poor vacation benefits.
-Health insurance is outrageously high for a family.
-They expect you to work on equipment you are not trained on, including CT scanners and other high end x-ray equipment.
-They have no support for the x-ray equipment within the company. (They have a person who is hired to do that, but he doesn't function in that roll.)
-The owner is too involved in business that is day to day functions and not performing his roll as CEO doing business transactions. This type of behavior leaves the company very stagnant in a growth perspective.
The list goes on and on.
