Pros
The company used to care, they used to give us things to make us feel appreciated. It all went down hill a few years ago, and everything was taken away. We had tickets to Red Sox, and Celtics. But they got rid of the season tickets. They also used to give the staff gift cards for Christmas, that also was taken away.
Cons
As management we were forced to work 50+ hours each week and that was a good week, we were always short handed. I worked more 6 day work weeks that I can count, and was never given anything in return. Felt like I was forced out, because they were closing stores in the New England district. I'm glad I left when I did, because I probably would be out of a job right now. Our customer's got the same discount that we got, we did get an extra 33% off a few times a year, but most stuff was excluded.
