Friendly people of all types. Relaxed environment. Access to sporting events if you win or are given tickets. They even throw free luncheon's for events like World Series or Superbowl.
Cons
This company be run by those who are old and still in their old ways. Its hard to move the ball without it being pushed aside becuz of cost or lack or imagination. Those people in higher positions need to open their views to a future that includes everyone from the lower end of the group to the higher end.
