Pros
Loved working there, especially the "Hot Markets." Granted a true entrepreneurial spirit to the local market teams. Team weeks was an awesome program. Company promotes from within.
Cons
Payroll got pretty tight. Often it was just a manager and one associate closing. That meant one person covered all of footwear, sporting goods and apparel. Pretty tough when it got busy.
