It's a young company, perhaps too young. Without any defined structure. Ok if it's a start-up but it's important to have an organizational basis. It's not clear what the advantage of the company's services is. They offer online castings on a very ugly, old and obsolete website. They offer free and paid subscription plans but it's not clear what the plus of paid plans is. Why should a customer pay if he can use 100% of the website for free? The employees are all ok but too busy everyone to do their own tasks and there is no overall vision. There is no onboarding plan for people.
