My coworkers are equally as passionate as I am about the vision of the company and there is a great sense of teamwork and camaraderie.

It's a startup so there is an inherent risk of failure, but that is mitigated somewhat by how much you put into the company as an employee.

-The concept and vision of the company are genuinely exciting. Model No is doing some really innovative work in the space, and it's inspiring to contribute to projects that push boundaries. - The team I worked with was talented, and I enjoyed collaborating with people who were passionate about what they were doing. - Flexibility as a contractor was nice, and the work itself was creatively rewarding.

- The internal company culture a little felt tense, but I was on the outside as a contractor so I wasn't too involved or know the reasons why
