Modea supports and believes in their employees personal and professional growth. It's a nurturing environment and we're more like a family than a company. We work hard and we play hard, and we do it together. We're honest, genuine and care about each other, our work and our clients. The atmosphere is inspiring and I wouldn't have the opportunity I have here with anyone else.
Cons
We're growing and we're growing fast. We've more than doubled since I've been here and growing pains can take their tolls on agency processes and structure. This isn't a place where people are going to hold your hand. It's about independence, learning as you go, trying and failing and succeeding.
