Pros
the largest pro about Glam Media is people. Across divisions and groups, there appears to be great bond among employees. Great friendships have been found and some of my colleagues like each other so much, they have become roommates.
Cons
Aside from the people described in the pro, everything else about the company is not bright. Management makes decisions on the fly and priorities can shift over night. The CEO has a "vision" of Glam being a comprehensive advertising platform and service; but the Company simply does not have a focus or specialty. Everything done by the company is "ok" and nothing spectacular. In addition to the lack of focus, there's also the fact that the company is constantly behind the tech curve. The current initiatives are all reactionary to the market and other companies have already done it and done it well. There is nothing innovative; just trying to jump into hot markets 3 year too late.
