Pros
Great set of people. Made some good friends.
Cons
High turnover. Management taking credit for your hard work. Bonuses are rarely paid. Expect to work hard and not get recognized for it. CEO thinks this company is "Apple" and has NO CLUE, his performances in meetings are comical. IPO opportunity went out the window 3 years ago!
