Pros

It’s a nice building and the building is in the heart of Miami. Some managers make you comfortable and socialize.

Cons

Coming in as a customer service representative the experience was good. Made friends although at first the environment was very hostile and full of people who didn’t like to be led and resisted change. The training provided was very minimal with little to no resources. You’d basically have to figure it out before being thrown on the phones. Some people were nice, but when managers would leave the room, the atmosphere would change and made one feel very uncomfortable as a new person. People don’t last here. The cs reps come and go because they can’t handle the workload. They can’t keep staff. They end up leaving because of the immense pressure from the managers who barely know or care to help with anything either. The managers heavily decline to take calls and or take messages from customers and make the cs reps take the calls. The directors and managers in charge are clueless and don’t care to make their employees happy. Not to mention they hardly come in to the office while they make all other employees and departments come in. The pay rate is extremely low for what you deal with. You won’t ever be able to grow into a higher position unless you know one of the owners.

Pros

The company itself is small. Everyone knows each other. Feels like you are family. If you’re doing well, you can make money. Great family work life balance.

Cons

Small company. Not a lot of room for growth. They only look at numbers. Not the market. Managers that have been there take advantage. Everyone suffers.
