Pros
You'll definitely learn a lot. Because the system is fast paced and little workfoce so there's a lot of work to go around for little time. So you get to experience different scope of work everytime. It's good for fresh grad or career shifters. If you're lucky with your project manager too then you're on a good path. Coworkers are alright too, although it depends on your project and assignment. They're almost all very friendly. They give bonuses depending on the awarded projects.
Cons
The salary is meh which is to be expected. Salary increase is meh too which may or may not happen a annually. So in 3-5 years time your pay is very behind your market value. As per mangmnt, you get low base pay because there's a high chance you would render overtime a lot. I don't think that's fair to have less pay to more work, that depends on you tho. Oh and there's some nepo tism too so don't be too surprised with that. Strict too, no tattoos, no hair color etc.
