- many Mod Op employees (not from one of the acquired companies) are untrained or given titles. that they are not qualified for. When you work on a project with them, you have to be prepared to cover their portion of work as well.
- HR department is unorganized. Often can't answer questions or provide incorrect information.
- have to wait months for expense checks
