Thank you for sharing feedback about your experience with us and regret that it did not meet your expectations. Unprecedented growth necessitated a larger than usual pace of hiring and onboarding and as an organization we were not as prepared as we could have been in regard to resource planning. As organizational needs evolved in anticipation of being better positioned for the future it required a reduction of staff and elimination of positions, some of them managerial, in varying levels. Unfortunately it is very difficult to conduct changes of this nature, and we can only do our very best to be as tactful, respectful and compassionate as possible. Firings however are conducted in an entirely performance-based manner with proper managerial, and human resource due process and do not reflect organizational staff reductions (layoffs). It is clearly is not our intention to create an environment where employees are pressured to perform, but rather encouraged and given the creative autonomy to add value and to achieve. Thank you for sharing your experience with us - we have made efforts to address all of the Cons that you have listed and we feel confident that after experiencing growing pains faced earlier this year we are now stronger, leaner, and on the right track for scaling the company at a reasonable pace.
