- Terrible management
- Culture is lacking
- Ideas and suggestions are not listened to in the slightest
- Recent upper management promotions have been laughable or wrong moves (and it shows).
- That really amazing talent that I mentioned does not get the recognition it deserves.
- Project managers are pushed beyond limits with 50-70+ hour work weeks
- People are let go without warning or project considerations
- Possible financial issues with a lack of incoming contracts
- I don't know of anyone that has gotten a raise within 3 or 4 years
- Company seems off the rails 80% of the time or flying by the seat of their pants.
