Being U.S. Corporation, I like it been built on a few key values like High Ethics, Focus on Innovation, Extreme performance management, Excellent Work Life Balance and Open Office. As most of this relates to my individual value system, I can appreciate and blend into the company culture easily.

Being a small distributed team, at times, it becomes a communication overkill. Agile processes and benefit management processes needs to improve as the company is growing faster across the globe.

Generally kind people with some unclear motives.

No work machines for employees, must own and bring your own laptop. Internship here doesn't follow the guidelines of any internship standard. The higher ups in management are around 1-2 years behind the industry standards for software engineering and don't follow much of any standard practices or organization methods within the codebase itself. Payment is quite sketchy as they conveniently have pushed a cryptocurrency that they have created specifically for paying contractors of IoT projects. Possibly to not have to provide payment in US dollars.
