Healthy Work Enviroment - Manager - Projects, Technology & Business Development Mobiuso Employee Review

The company is growing fast! Every month for the past year we seem to be winning a new client or on-boarding a new employee or opening a new office!. It is a fun environment and full of challenges. I feel energized working for Mobiuso. I have been given a variety of opportunities to contribute including on big-data projects, mobile and responsive web development projects. The company also organized an intensive training session in Ruby-on-Rails which was open to anyone who was interested. I also like that I can propose and work on my own projects.

Coordinating with developers and QA across multiple offices can be a challenge in a fast paced work environment. Resource planning and Technical Project Management needs to get better.

Having worked in a large 'corporate' environment before, I wanted something more meaningful and personal. I am enjoying it a lot. The company founders have a passion and commitment for people. I am technologically focused and I am getting a lot of business exposure. The work environment is fairly open. Getting a good opportunity to learn and excel.

Multiple locations can challenge effective communication. Company has employed enhanced bandwidth and tools and seem to help - hope it keeps up with the rapid growth.
