Pros
MobiusPay enables me to explore and research marketing strategies without being skeptical, which in turn makes my position with the company far more enjoyable as I love working outside the box. The management team are awesome and treat employees with equality and respect which is a valuable attribute considering so many companies often fall short and forget that their employees are apart of a team. I'm fortunate to get to coordinate and enjoy events and travel all over the world with my position, which in my perspective is a bonus, cause who doesn't like travel! Furthermore, MobiusPay is a fast growing company that opens up ample opportunity for promotion in the future as well as job security which is the primary reason why I took the position with MobiusPay.
Cons
Some micromanagement occurs from time to time, but this isn't necessarily a con as it's done in a way to ensure that all projects and tasks are being sufficiently completed.
