      broad scope,both technical and commercial knowledge required,exposure to different projects with different technologies and different challenges

      Highly pressurized,less support from management and technical teams,not structured properly,not geared for large scale projects with advanced technology,less resources,less salary compare to the responsibilities,work load,challenges.
