The company was acquired in 2018 by a Venture Capital. Since then, all management from all offices was replaced with ppl with corporate experience. Especially in operations, the higher management treat people like simply wheals. Their previous experience was either to maintain normal operations while firing massively, or to work hard people on 20% smaller salary than the market (Capgemini).
