      Great strategy and great team. Positive attitude and fantastic culture. Mobilengine technology has clear advantages and therefore easy to work with. Successful implementations.

      Cons

      Base salaries could be higher for all departments. Lack of bonus system for engineers.

      Pros

      I have been to many enterprise software companies, yet by far the most motivating is Mobilengine. Management and the team is very supportive and focused. Great customer projects, great team effort on all projects.

      Cons

      Work life balance is not optimal especially during key project milestones. Communication between European and US office is limited to a 4-5 hour window due to time difference.

      International team and offices in London, development in Hungary, makes communication a bit more challenging.
