Pros
No matter your career experience level, working with Mobile Apps Company gives you experience and energy towards your next professional stage. I’ve been unable to uncover an entrepreneurial spirit I didn’t know I had while learning from C-level employees, top application masters and business mavens. Consulting with MAC has also given me the ability to improve my team-building skills (as I’ve been forced to work closely with fellow associates and trainees in order to maximize time and output). I am now an established iPhone developer with recent experience in project management - a bevy of skills I could have never cultivated without the experience of Mobile Apps Company. Imagine being paid to go to school - this is truthfully what Mobile Apps Company does. As you share your expertise and get paid for it, you are also being paid to watch the expertise of others. Training provided numerous scenarios of holes in a business strategy - holes that I am now be able to easily avoid with clients I am servicing (without the expense of actually facing them). This has led to my personal growth, as I have recently stood at the right hand of a Fortune 500 CEO in closed-door meetings about proprietary intellectual property. I can't say any more than that; otherwise I would have to kill you.
Cons
Internally, I have clashed with personalities that I have now become accustomed to in the world of business: the overbearing colleague, the perfectionist, the blowhard and the golden boy. I can deal with literally anyone without breaking a sweat now!
