Pros
Within the company, the four virtues (Passion, Compassion, Humbleness, Ownership) are foundational elements rather than just simple sayings. Every colleague is respected and valued and the support between each other is just excellent. Especially being German and seeing other companies as well, I really appreciate the way of working in MobiLab. I rarely feeling pressured and the biggest advantage is that one can bring in their personal opinion (it could be any topic). Feedback is highly important and MobiLab always tries to improve out of it. Not only does MobiLab benefit, also you as an employer can do so. There are many bonuses offered, such as a career development plan, pension plans, a free public transport card, after-work events, home office, temporary remote working and many more. I really like working at MobiLab and I am proud doing so. Currently, I could not think of a better company to work at. Additionally, I wanted to take the chance to thank MobiLab in helping me developing so fast - I couldn't think of being at the position I am right now when I joined the company! MobiLab honestly changed my life, as I left my parent's house to move to a complete different city and living alone. This gave me the opportunity to further develop personally, too.
Cons
The only thing I could think of is that due to the the progress within some projects, there is sometimes a time pressure because of a lot of re-work that is required. This can be sometimes a bit frustrating (e.g. changing an architectural design because of different agreements) and requires a bit dedication. As there is currently exact time measurement implemented, one need to be able to manage their time in general.
