Pros
All are bright and very young New technology which even Infy/Mindtree won't be able to handle Smart and cool working environment
Cons
People are fired like bullets - one day you come and realise that 10 people have been let go! HR management is bad at recruitment After the layoff, again they hired new graduates who were again! fired. If you are super expert on what you do then it might be a good place or else please don't take the offer. I made that mistake :(
