Junior staff get put on work that many organizations would reserve for 10-year veterans. The learning curve is steep, but the depth of exposure is uncommon for a firm this size.

The pace of work is high. As a junior tech, I expect a slow pace work but instead I am running a million miles a minute.

Good Pay, but apart from that there are no pros!

Toxic work environment They will hire you quick, within 2-3 weeks but they’ll fire you as well in a month or 2 They don’t say anything regarding conditional offer during the interview but when they’re about to give u offer letter they’ll give it conditional for a month or 3. But they’ll fire you before completing the conditional 1-2 or 3 months. Totally waste of time , there is no professional growth or learning in this company. The CEO will hover around you 24/7 and micromanage you. As well as keep you in check through the cameras. Please don’t work for this company at all. The company is of 4-5 people and NOT 50. So the employees they show on linkedin that its 11-50 employees? Its no more than 4-5 people. The company is a scam.
