Pros

Employees are smart and driven to grow the company. They provide a transportation stipend and offer company stock options. Quarterly company update meetings are now held to let employees know how they are performing. Growth is steady and company is profitable, which is good for job security. Management is approachable and competent. Just over a year ago they moved into a much nicer Belltown office and have a pool table, ping pong table, and weekly happy hours with provided snacks/drinks. Employees regularly exercise together outside and inside the office (one minute of pushups every other day, which is pretty funny). Morale seems pretty high among peers.

Cons

No 401k matching. Transportation stipend could be a little better. There are no set dates for performance reviews, so you have to speak up if you want to move up (but this is within my team). Some teams deal with more stress/pressure from fast deadlines and custom work requests from big name clients. Since the company is still relatively young, they tend to bend over backwards to get the work.

Thanks for your feedback. Hopefully the tinyHR surveys we've started will be one tool to help us identify where there are issues (or high stress situations) starting to bubble up. -jeff

Pros

Great place to get your entry level experience or your foot into the ad tech industry. The industry is so competitive you will be forced to move quickly which is an awesome learning experience. They offer really good benefits and perks. The culture is fairly laid back and there are a lot of fun people around. Business is in a good location downtown.

Cons

Too many of the managers have been promoters only because they have been with this young company for many years. Quite frankly a lot of them should not be managers and just do not have the skills, experience nor the training to be good managers. Strategy continues to change and little progress is made to catch up or surpass the competition. The pay isn't on par with other technology companies. Because of all of the above you do not know what your career path is at the company.
