Good Environment, friendly management and work life balance

Bad Organization, need alot to grow

I think the only pro of working for Mivors, in my opinion, it's a company for entry-level employees.

I think the biggest downside there is no additional value for the employee after one year as there are no clear career path and no learning path in the company.
