3yOne of Mitt Group's main principals is to always manage to performance. Meaning it makes no difference if a sales rep calls for one hour or eight. As long as they hit their goals & standards. This is how we are able to have sales reps work from all around the country remotely.
Lastly we take our culture very seriously. As we have won Best Places to Work three years in a row. But we also realize this is a company and we want to push every person to succeed so their families will always be taken care of. Holding people accountable can be uncomfortable for some.
