Our India Management team has several years of tenure with Mitchell Martin and is in constant communication and collaboration with our U.S. based Management Team. All managers, in any country, are guided by Mitchell Martin’s Core Values and have rules and regulations in place to oversee the day to day operations. Our Senior Management team makes trips to the India Offices to conduct training and to work with the India teams so that our Mitchell Martin philosophy, culture, policies/procedures and so forth are consistent around the world.
