Good work-life balance - Quantity Surveyor Mitchell Brandtman Employee Review

I have been part of the Mitchell Brandtman team for 8 years and the office environment created by the partners and employees is supportive, welcoming and professional. I have always found the management team (from team leaders to partners) to be incredibly helpful. They hold a wealth of knowledge of the industry and are always approachable and respectful when working directly alongside staff. Great amounts of effort are put in to company events, with the majority of events catering to everyone in the office, and the admin team going to great lengths to create fun and memorable experiences. I would recommend Mitchell Brandtman to anyone looking to work alongside industry experts.

No specific cons come to mind. The working environment is quite fast paced but the necessary support is provided by team mates and partners alike.

Mitchell Brandtman has provided me with valuable exposure to residential, commercial and civil construction projects. It is a great place to learn how projects are built and understand the costs involved from start to finish. The office has a strong work culture, with supportive mentors throughout. James and Simon Brandtman have a wealth of knowledge to share with aspiring construction professionals. I couldn’t recommend a better place to work.
