Pros
I wasn't doing very well with my position in MIS. However, the management didn't let me go just yet and gave me a new position where my skills would shine. They give you opportunities to redeem yourself and is patient with the staff to a reasonable extent. There's always a new project and a lot of circumstances to develop your skills.
Cons
Sometimes, there's too many projects going on at one time and multiple projects will be assigned to a single employee. However, it's being addressed now as more and more people are joining the team
