Pros
Absolutely a great culture. Management is supremely competent with a bit of humor to make things interesting. Guidelines are strict under the ISO-9000 standard, making it have quality products. Projects are structured with room for growth in knowledge. I would have loved to stay except that my salary was not high enough.
Cons
Some people may have cons with the management, but I had an absolutely great time. A small criticism is that some employees will tell on management if you make a small mistake rather than tell you directly.
