      Approved of the CEO, training programs were fantastic, and my regional manager was good.

      Cons

      I worked with some toxic doctors and that situation was never handled. I was losing staff due to the way the doctors treated them, but I had no power to do anything about it as the doctors had their own manager.

      The only pro I have are that the clients are friendly

      Cons

      Insurance packages are expensive for even low tier. The company does nothing for poor management of hospital. PTO is based of accrual and as a full time (40 hours a week) employee I get 2 hours of PTO every MONTH. There is no work life balance with this company. They continue to raise prices so you have frustrated clients 24/7. A simple nail trim is almost $70. This company is more focused of the making money than the wellbeing of their clients and staff.
