Company pushes you to work 50/60 hours a week (under a salary) and will try to make you look like you lazy if not ok with, expects you to work weekends ( which is fine if needed) but when you try to take days off during the week to even it out will call you out and just say” you should know the nature of the job. Hires/hired workers from out the country with work visas who practically live at work and will use them as an example,
