Pros

Work is easy Hours are amazing You can get all the overtime you want They do Value Different work styles DAN IS THE MAN THO!!! Keep up the good work Dan!! Thank You for noticing me in the afternoon as I left the building. And for being the first to notice me when I first arrived for my interview Shout out to Dan!!

Cons

Gossip!!!! Gossip!!! Gossip!! Please stay free from sharing your personal business even, Supervisors and Managers are involved in it as well. You will be watched constantly. Co workers get mad at you when you stay to yourself and assume the worst of you, if you don’t follow the norm of what they do which is gossip. Also if you don’t want to work overtime supervisors and managers will get upset with you. Poor communication, you will be lost on whats going on and nobody tells you Don’t be a hard worker because it causes insecurities to show from co workers. Also you do have to sign an Arbitration agreement. When you first come in the door make sure you notice there values sign and hold them to it. I asked them what are there values in an interview and they told me Quality, Quality. and Quality.
