Great people, great projects. I appreciate the variety and breadth of experience that I wouldn't get at a larger company. Decision making is flat and not bogged down with layers of bureaucracy.

The company is remote with a few small regional offices. I appreciate the flexibility, but it could be a con for someone that wants to go into the office and lives in a location where they don't have one

Expectations are high, but leadership remains approachable, reasonable, and understanding, which makes a big difference day-to-day. Overall, it’s an incredibly talented team and a rewarding place to work.
