Pros

Smaller, really collaborative environment with a lot of opportunity for exposure across functions, and skill growth. Good, really motivated, group of people who care deeply about the work at Mission and who are genuinely willing to help, share information, and make the time to do so.

Cons

Not a con for everyone, it's a smaller organization that moves quickly and requires adaptability, and everyone's work has tangible impact, which means there's a lot of visibility for people's contributions.

Pros

Great people, great projects. I appreciate the variety and breadth of experience that I wouldn't get at a larger company. Decision making is flat and not bogged down with layers of bureaucracy.

Cons

The company is remote with a few small regional offices. I appreciate the flexibility, but it could be a con for someone that wants to go into the office and lives in a location where they don't have one

Pros

The leadership team at Mission creates an exceptional work environment that is both supportive and high-performing. The culture truly stands out—there’s a strong sense of camaraderie and a genuine “family” feel across the organization. Benefits and time off are competitive and reflect the company’s commitment to employee well-being. While the company operates across nearly every market nationwide—which can make the scope of work complex—this also creates exciting opportunities and exposure. Expectations are high, but leadership remains approachable, reasonable, and understanding, which makes a big difference day-to-day. Overall, it’s an incredibly talented team and a rewarding place to work.

Cons

Like many growing organizations, there are periods where things can feel fast-paced and demanding. Workloads can fluctuate depending on market activity, but these busier times are often balanced out over time. Leadership is aware of these dynamics and consistently shows appreciation for the team’s efforts, which helps maintain a positive and supportive environment.
