Pros
-Small city
-Community based
-Bilingual individuals
-Administration staff and student safety
-Group of passionate staff members
Cons
-Long drives from schools due to distances
-due to roads mostly being one way and narrow long lines of cars will be packed; and it's difficult to navigate through the city arriving on time to work.
-Administration focuses on punctuality, yet they are not lenient when it comes to roads, and traffic based problems that happen often.
- For a couple years recently they have been doing something illegal by breaking the Federal Law of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within their school policy and dress code that contradicts MCISD mission statement.
- They indicate and enforce old stereotype narratives and sex based dress code that does not stand by Federal laws (Seperating male and Female).
- They do not support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for staff members and students.
-They indicate Transphobic rhetoric and old sex based dress code (seperating Male and Female) That is against the 14th amendment and Civil Rights 1968 statute besides the 1st amendment. Which is demeaning to Transgender students and staff members.
- The Administration uses DARK MANIPULATION to cynically enforce Religious and heteronormative roles that contradict Education motto from University graduates telling us to follow them or they will in turn affect our Education career.
- Forcing people to sign agreement on LORA (during the Training) when they purposefully release the
yearly Policy book before any positive changes can be made (or needed to be made).
