Flexibility, access to senior leadership, growth opportunities, company cares about their employees, and always striving to be competitive with other biotechs.

Need centralized training for staff and refresher training for management.

Plenty of places to hide and not do your work. Very little accountability.

This company fired someone the week of thanksgiving with no plan in place for coverage of that person's duties, stating that the position was being phased out but then why are there so many duties that still need to be handled?
