Pros
Fantastic client base, interesting work, plethora of Academy training sessions, swanky offices, canteen, prestige of the firm.
Cons
Incredibly toxic firm, with inappropriate comments made by team members about other team members. Lots of bureaucracy. Heavily focussed on billables rather than bigger picture. Very questionable behaviour from certain senior management. HR particularly good at doing nothing and turning a blind eye. Very poor work/life balance. Worst law firm I've ever worked at without a doubt.
