      Apart from buttery words from HR & Editor Archana , not a single pros to share.

      Cons

      Employees here are treated like labours, you would be monitored via CCTV camera and would be held responsible. The atmosphere is negative You would be given 90's system to work on. The management is clueless and has no knowledge. You are not even provided tea/coffee. Saturday working No PF and Insurance for employees. Leave never gets approved.

      No pros. Typical Lala Company. Salary on time is not pro. It is what the job is for.

      Complete exploitation of employees Basically a fraud company. pretends to be based in USA with fake email ids to write magazine in returns for dollar money. Disciplinary actions like schools to keep employees in control Low pay. no wfh. Management lacks expertise.
