- High aims to change the neurological science space. - Technologies & skill to back up those aims. - Down to earth and friendly people on the team. - High-speed environment, means you grow your skills really fast here. - A lot of freedom to improve things and bring your ideas to the table. - Some flexibility with working from home. - Seems to be a fairly open channel with leadership. - Normal work hours (Go home by 5:30pm / 6pm)

- Quickly changing requirements are sometimes too demanding / confusing / not fully fleshed out. - In a small team, sometimes emotions can high during stressful periods. - Lack of a real office space, light on benefits.
