Business leaders seem lost on what should be built next. Priorities change and poor communication. Deadlines change constantly and, very often, things have to be done for yesterday. Due to this constant change, communication and lack of transparency have _always_ been a problem.
Additionally, management sells the company internally as if there is no better place in the world to be, and as if there aren't problems. The words "awesome" and "incredible", continuously used to describe the company, are so overused by them that I don't know anymore what something really awesome is. What is worse, this behavior really underestimates the problems at hand.
