Harassment of any kind is unacceptable, and we want to assure you that we are committed to creating a safe and respectful work environment. We encourage our employees experiencing or witnessing harassment to report it through our internal channels so that we can investigate thoroughly and take appropriate action.
Regarding your comments about our people managers, we understand how important it is to have skilled and experienced leaders. We strive to ensure that our managers are well-equipped to lead their teams effectively. To address this we are actively enabling our managers through our leadership learning circles program.
